Those imprisioned phantoms are for non-members, but unforunately all of the non-members who recieved them as a compensation gift from AJHQ as an apology cannot accept them - because non-members cannot accept gifts at all. It's really unfair and rubs salt into a fresh wound of many (non-member) Jammers.
